About Seeds of Hope
Seeds of Hope Leadership Experience is designed for young women in high school (grades 9–12) who want to grow as leaders, explore their faith and make a positive impact in their communities.
Through workshops, prayer, discussion and service, participants build confidence, strengthen communication skills and discover the many ways they can lead with courage and compassion. Leadership development is tailored to two age groups (grades 9–10 and 11–12) ensuring each participant is both challenged and supported at the appropriate level.

Seeds of Hope Leadership Experience is a faith-based servant leadership experience for high school-aged young women across North America. Rooted in the Felician Sisters’ Core Values, the program blends service, community, faith, and leadership development to help participants grow into confident, compassionate leaders ready to make a difference in the world today. Since 2014, Seeds of Hope has empowered young women through spiritual growth, community service and personal development. With the support and guidance of the Felician Sisters, mentors and peer leaders, participants learn to focus on the needs of others, deepen their faith and develop their own authentic leadership style.
