Presentation Information Form

Please list your full name as you would like it to appear on materials. Include your title and/or credentials:

In 150 words or less, summarize your presentation. For breakout sessions, participants will use this description to choose which session to attend. 

Presentation Activity: We ask that speakers incorporate an activity into the presentation to help the audience process the material presented. This can be in the form of a worksheet, small project, diagram, summary, etc. Any handouts will be included in our program. If you would like help designing your activity, please contact Cheryl Hufnagel.

Handouts

We will provide participants with a comprehensive program that includes all handouts for the weeklong event. 

Does your presentation include handouts?

Please email handouts to CHufnagel@FelicianSisters.org by Friday, May 17, 2024. 

Handouts not presubmitted may not be used.

Reflection Questions for Participants
After each session, participants will reflect on the session by writing in their journal. Can you please provide 2-3 questions that you feel would help the participants reflect on the information in your presentation.

Audio/Visual Needs

Audio/visual equipment is available if requested. Please bring presentation on a USB flash drive. As a back-up, email your presentation to CHufnagel@FelicianSisters.org

Materials Request

Please list materials participants will need for your presentation (other than paper and pen):

Coloring supplies, cardstock, construction paper, poster board, post-it notes, magazines for clipping pictures, etc.

Transportation

Seeds of Hope staff is happy to transport you from local airports, train and bus stations. 

Will you require transportaton from a local hub?

Lodging

Lodging is provided for presenters during Seeds of Hope, July 13-20, 2024 at the Maryville Retreat Center.

Meals

Meals will be provided for presenters during the event. We hope you will join us to interact with attendees, staff, sisters and speakers. Please let us know for which meals you will be joining us.
